Meet Saskia Eschenbacher
I bridge worlds that rarely meet: the rigorous demands of international research and the intimate reality of human transformation.
As a professor at Akkon University Berlin and visiting professor at Columbia University New York, I study what actually creates profound change in people's lives. As a systemic therapist, clinical hypnotherapist, sex therapist, and trauma therapist in practice for over a decade, that research comes alive in my work with clients every day.
The people I work with arrive when what feels possible has shrunk. What once felt open now feels like a tight circle—the same patterns, the same stuck points, the same limited options. They come when they need someone to see ahead of them, to help them expand what they can imagine for themselves.
What they leave with is different. Space to breathe. Relief. The ability to see what they couldn't see before. They don't just solve problems—they grow from them, becoming stronger and more at peace with themselves. They regain their sense of self-direction, that inner compass that guides rather than confines.
This combination matters. You get an approach that balances challenge and compassion in equal measure—honest provocation and unwavering support—informed by the latest science on how transformation actually happens, tested in real relationships, real crises, real lives.
